This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of information of Aethercode users. We collect account identifiers, technical information, and interaction history. Data is used to operate the service, communicate with users, and improve the service. Information may be disclosed to third parties only where required by law or with the user's consent. Data is retained for the period necessary for these purposes and protected using reasonable measures.
1. General provisions
1.1. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) governs the processing and protection of information provided by a user while using the service (the “Service”).
1.2. By using the Service, the user agrees to this Policy. A user who does not agree must stop using the Service.

2.2. The Service does not require passport data, identity documents, photographs, or other personal information beyond what is reasonably necessary to operate the Service.

3.1. Information may be used solely to operate Service functionality, communicate with the user including support and notices, and analyse and improve the Service.

4.1. The administration does not disclose collected data to third parties except where required by law, necessary to perform obligations to the user (for example, when using payment systems), or where the user has consented.
5. Retention and protection
5.1. Data is retained for the time necessary to achieve the purposes of processing.
5.2. The administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of information transmitted over the internet.
6. Limitation of liability
6.1. The user understands that transmitting information over the internet always involves risks.
6.2. The administration is not liable for loss, theft, or disclosure caused by third parties or by the user.
7. Changes to this Policy
7.1. The administration may amend this Policy without prior notice.
7.2. Continued use of the Service after changes are made means acceptance of the updated Policy.
