1.1. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern the use of the online service (the “Service”) provided by the administration.
1.2. By using the Service, including registering, paying for services, or accessing materials, the user confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms in full.
1.3. A user who does not agree with these Terms must stop using the Service.
2.1. The Service provides intangible digital goods and services, including information materials, training programmes, consultations, digital products, and service features.
2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include information from public sources, materials created by the administration or third parties, analytical reviews, selections, recommendations, and structured data.
2.3. The value of the Service lies in systematisation, analysis, presentation, support, maintenance, and updates, rather than in the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.
2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee the uniqueness, exclusivity, or unavailability of individual materials outside the Service.
3.1. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” basis.
3.2. The administration does not guarantee that the Service will meet a user's expectations, produce financial, commercial, professional, or other results, or operate without interruption or errors.
3.3. The administration is not liable for direct or indirect losses, including lost profit; consequences of using materials; acts or omissions of third parties; or temporary technical failures and access restrictions.
3.4. Any decision to use materials, recommendations, or services is made independently and at the user's own risk.
4.1. The Service is not intended to encourage, organise, or facilitate unlawful activity.
4.2. The user must use the Service only in compliance with applicable law and third-party rules.
4.3. Responsibility for the legality of using materials and services rests entirely with the user.
5.1. Materials published in the Service are protected by intellectual-property law.
5.2. Users may not copy, distribute, resell, transfer to third parties, or otherwise use Service materials without the right holder's permission.
5.3. Intellectual-property infringement may result in restricted access without compensation.
5.4. Results created by a user using the Service, including generated code, texts, and other content (“Generated Content”), belong to the user. The Service does not claim rights to Generated Content.
5.5. The user is responsible for using Generated Content in compliance with applicable law and third-party rights. Provisions on the administration's rights apply only to the Service's own materials and software.
6.1. The administration may suspend or restrict access in the event of breach of these Terms, detected abuse, or legal or payment-provider requirements.
6.2. Restricting access does not release the user from obligations that arose earlier.
6.3. The administration may refuse service to users whose actions create increased risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7.1. Payment for services and digital goods is made on the terms shown in the Service before payment.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods and services, refunds are not provided after access has been granted, except as stated below.
7.3. A refund may be considered only if a service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service or access to a digital good was not actually granted.
7.4. To request a refund, the user must contact support within 24 hours of payment.
7.5. Refund decisions are made by the administration individually.
7.6. The user agrees not to initiate a chargeback through payment systems without first contacting Service support.
8.1. The administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary to operate the Service.
8.2. The administration takes reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security of transmitted information.
9.1. The administration may amend these Terms.
9.2. The current version is published in the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.
10.1. For any questions, users may contact support through the Service's support channel.
